Inspection of Raw Materials


Check against specification data. Carryout dimensional checks, visual inspections for wood timber MDF / plywood / veneer check moisture (water) content in timber.

Preparation cutting / sawing


Check against specification data / cutting list / drawings and carryout the process. Check for dimensions and finishes after machining

Assembling


Check against spedfication data / drawings for assembly of the machined / cut / pressed goods.

Finishing of assembled goods


Check against specification data, after painting finishing of painted finished goods. Check depth of paint / lacquer thickness.

Packaging and labeling


Thoroughly verify all labeling details, including part descriptions, weight, and quantity, to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
