All employees are expected to comply with the Equal Opportunity Policy, ensuring a fair and discrimination-free work environment in all aspects, including recruitment, promotions, and compensation.

Our commitment to inclusion is embedded in our Code of Conduct, which strictly prohibits any form of discrimination based on gender, disability, ethnicity, or other protected characteristics.

Employees are encouraged to report any instances of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment without fear of retaliation. Complaints can be submitted through designated channels, including HR representatives or anonymous reporting systems.

Heads of Departments (HODs) and HR teams are responsible for taking immediate action when a grievance is reported. Investigations are conducted fairly, and appropriate remedial actions are taken based on the findings.

All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality to protect the identity and interests of the complainant. Retaliation against employees who report grievances in good faith is strictly prohibited.

The grievance redressal process is regularly reviewed to enhance effectiveness. Training sessions are conducted to raise awareness among employees about workplace rights and grievance reporting procedures.
